چکیده

2014 Measurements of the magnetic resonance linewidth 0394H of molybdenum spinels are reported for both paramagnetic and ferromagnetic phases, with particular attention to the region near critical temperature. The magnetic resonance spectra have been measured in the temperature range from 10 K to 300 K with a standard Xband ESR spectrometer. It was shown that the characteristic temperature changes of 0394H could be due to the influence of fast relaxing ions. For « pure » molybdenum spinels it can be qualitatively described in the frame of existing theories. The substitution of these spinels by nonmagnetic atoms (C, Si, Ge) significantly influences its critical behaviour, and the origin of this effect is not yet clear. J. Lithium Dynamics in Molybdenum Disulfide Intercalation Compounds Studied by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

Cluster architecture and lithium motion dynamics are investigated in nanocomposites formed by the intercalation of lithium and a dialkylamine (diethylamine, dibutylamine and dipentylamine) in molybdenum disulfide by means of 7Li Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) technique. The present contribution illustrates the potential of the NMR techniques in the study of both the short range atomic structu...

A Simple Thermal Decomposition Method for Synthesis of Co0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4 Magnetic Nanoparticles

Magnetic nanoparticles attracted a great deal of attention in the medical applications due to their unique properties. The most exceptional property of magnetic particles is their response to a magnetic force, and this property has been utilized in applications such as drug targeting, bioseparation, contrast agents in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and heating mediators for cancer therapy. In...

Zinc ferrite nanoparticles as MRI contrast agentsw

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a powerful clinical imaging technique for the non-invasive diagnosis and posttherapy assessment of a variety of diseases. MRI contrast can be enhanced by the use of positive or negative contrast agents resulting in brighter (T1-weighted) or darker (T2-weighted) images, respectively. Superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) nanoparticles are T2 contrast agents that...

Spinel-Type Cobalt Oxide (Co3O4) Nanoparticles from the mer- Co(NH3)3(NO2)3 Complex: Preparation, Characterization, and Study of Optical and Magnetic Properties

In this paper, the mer-Co(NH3)3(NO2)3 complex was used as a new precursor for synthesizing spinel-type cobalt oxide nanoparticles (Co3O4NPs).Thermal decomposition of the complex at low temperature (175 °C) resulted in the Co3O4NPs without using expensive and toxic solvents or complicated equipment. XRD, FT-IR, SEM, EDX, and TEM were employed to characterize the product, and its optical and magn...

Computational Investigation on Naphthoquinone Derivatives :Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and Quantum mechanic

Naphthoquinones are natural aromatic compounds that can be discovered in various plant families. In recent times a diversity of biological activities of these compounds has been reported. In most cases, these pharmacological activities are related to redox and acid-base properties, which can be modulated synthetically by modifying the substituents attached to the 1, 4- naphthoquinone ring, in o...
